認真於生命即是宗教精神

宗教精神，並不是指信神信佛，而是指認真於生命，認真於生命所經歷的一切，並珍惜與自己有緣的人。一個人認真於自己的生命，是面對生命的基本態度，它是從你生命內部湧現出來，是你內心對自己生命的真誠及熱愛，並且依之放射出對周邊生命的溫度與關懷。「認真」同時也是自信的基礎，自信是來自於踏實的心理。認真於人生，珍惜身邊的人，此生就能踏實、充滿自信，覺得自己這一生很值得。
