Born in Coos Bay, Oregon but he consider himself a citizen of the world. He was a Navy brat and he lived and was raised all over the world. He joined the Navy out of high school as a Nuclear Machinist Mate on fast attack submarine. He worked as a dishwasher, line cook, fence builder, and baker before he started in real estate in 2006. Jeremy and his wife Jeanna moved to Detroit in 2007 to take advantage of what he believes is still the greatest real estate opportunity of his generation. He's flipped, wholetailed, wholesaled, rented, land contracted, turn key rentaled, and listed and sold over 600 deals. He lost everything twice and is still setting things right from the last failure.
