A 39-year-old Chinese national and senior manager of a global renewable energy company has been charged with attempting to bribe a public official in Brisbane. Police allege Gwo-shin Zhu handed a public official a bag of tea containing $20,000 during a business meeting, seeking favourable business dealings.
