She doesn’t think she owes the plaintiff anything. Then, The plaintiff and defendant were friends with benefits, though the plaintiff claims the defendant used her for money. She loaned him money, got him new tires for his car, and helped him pay for a new car, but she hasn’t been paid back, so she’s suing for breach of contract.
