Call it dumb luck or brilliant market timing. Our guest today bailed out of the stock market right before the Great Recession, and gravitated toward real estate in 2009 with a pile of cash. Since then, he's invested in single-family, multi-family, and vacation rentals. He has also invested in fix-and-flips, and more than 25 syndicated deals. He is currently part of the Investor Relations Team at Ashcroft Capital and has made it his mission to share what he's learned with others.
