The majority of these are leased to local nonprofit organizations that provide housing for victims of human trafficking, domestic abuse, substance abuse recovery, reentry, and people suffering from homelessness and mental health issues.Todd and Katie recently partnered with fellow Kingdom REI Mastermind friends on a 48-unit apartment complex in Ankeny, Iowa.
