Some NH surfers got fined over the weekend for surfing in Rye, NH amid this Coronavirus Pandemic. There have been roughly 60 deaths in the entire state and not nearly as many cases as Massachusetts. Should states like NH, especially the northern part of the state, reopen or start the reopening process? We discuss.
