Rep. Austin Scott: GOP takes aim at FISA reform, ‘zero tolerance’ for unlawful surveillance of Americans

Rep. Austin Scott says Republicans are tackling FISA reform to remedy growing concerns over FBI abuse of the surveillance systems.
