Rep. Bryant Wolfin

from Nadine@9

From the very beginning of session this year, we knew Bryant was one to watch. So don’t be fooled by his baby face looks, he’s ready to step into the ring with the big boys and make them go all 12 rounds!Almost weekly I say how grateful I am for this platform God has given me that allows me to learn and talk to many wonderful people. This week, was no exception!Bryant is passionate and committed; not only to this state but more importantly to raising his family to love God and take duty seriously. For decades well-intentioned parents have been trying to protect their kids from harsh realities but in the meantime are paving the way for a destructive culture that will lead to an unrecognizable country where freedom becomes a history point instead of a daily blessing. We must teach our kids what it means to be good stewards of the country God has given us. But first, we must be good stewards of the country we’re passing down!Your role doesn’t have to be running for a State Rep. or being an expert on legislation. You don’t even have to always know all the details. You can simply pray! Pray for these men and women who are running to represent our state and country. Pray for their families. Pray for their discernment. Pray for their spiritual, physical and mental safety. For we know that…”we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12You can follow Rep. K. Chesterton (1874 - 1936) LibriVox LibriVox volunteers bring you 9 recordings of The Song Against Songs by G. K. Chesterton. This was the Fortnightly Poetry project for October 16, 2011.Chesterton was a large man, standing 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) and weighing around 21 stone (130 kg; 290 lb). His girth gave rise to a famous anecdote. During World War I a lady in London asked why he was not 'out at the Front'; he replied, 'If you go round to the side, you will see that I am.' On another occasion he remarked to his friend George Bernard Shaw: "To look at you, anyone would think a famine had struck England". Shaw retorted, "To look at you, anyone would think you have caused it". P. G. Wodehouse once described a very loud crash as "a sound like Chesterton falling onto a sheet of tin."( Summary from Wikipedia ) HealthCall LIVE WOWO / Federated Media HealthCall LIVE with Lee Kelso is a summary of the weeks most interesting and useful health and medical news.
