Rep Joshua Williams announces his candidacy for the 9th Congressional District. Currently Williams represents District 44 in Columbus but feels Marcy Kaptur is vulnerable this election cycle and believes he has the support to change the seat to Republican. Derek Merrin another Republican also announced this morning despite having lost by a narrow margin to Kaptur last election.
