REP: Mike Mayock 2011 Draft review

With one week’s worth of breathing room between us and the 2011 NFL Draft, I figured it would be the perfect time to look back and soak in what we’ve learned with the ultimate maven, Mike Mayock. I phoned up Mike on a pretty big day for him, too. It was the day NFL Network announced that Mayock would join Brad Nessler in the booth to comprise the new team to bring you Thursday Night Football starting this fall. So, there was lots to talk about with Mayock, who also was fresh back from the mother of all golf trips and about to pop a considerable amount of meat on the grill in his backyard, too.Clearly, the man deserves the break… but not before I could bend his ear on all the important questions generated by the 254 choices made in Radio City Music Hall last week.
