Repair Festival Aotearoa brings fixers together

Everyone's got something at home that needs repairs, a shirt with a button loose, maybe a bike tyre that's blown. From now until September 27, Repair Festival Aotearoa is hosting more than 50 repair events and workshops across the motu. These are run by local volunteer fixers, craftspeople, and trade experts - and people can come on in and drop off their items that need a bit of mending. Repair Network Aotearoa founder and festival organiser Brigitte Sistig spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
