Reparations and the Identity Crisis

When you speak about reparations most of us instantly think of getting a check, in my opinion the money should be invested in the education of our children and helping provide people with the proper tools to make a reasonable living moving forward. California's governor, Gavin Newsom, has been painting this idea of reparations for a few years, but does he even have a plan? Does California even have the funding to make this “dream” a reality.There's an identity crisis issue affecting not only Ja Morant, but the entire black community.
