Even for a few their children or grandchildren discarded their parent's library material, not realizing its great value. Imams and Islamic community leaders we have an obligation to bring to the fore-conscious of our community members their responsibility to ensure that their library of books, tapes, CDs, magazines, and newspapers (Muhammad Speaks, Bilalian News, and Muslim Journals) are passed on to trustworthy Muslims who value our history -- people who will categorize, catalog and preserve this valuable information for many generations to come.
