Ask yourself, “Why?” Where does it stem from? O – Outline a plan to make the changes (journaling, pausing, distraction) N – Need more help? Consider Therapy. “Do what is easy, and your life will be hard. Do what is hard, and your life will become easy.” – Les Brown We’ve touched on some of these ideas before but tune in and we’ll try not to repeat ourselves (in a bad way).
