Repentance: The Road to Restoration

No one is too far gone for the grace of God. In 2 Chronicles 33:1–16, we see the powerful story of King Manasseh—a man who led others into sin, rejected God’s warnings, and found himself in a place of complete brokenness. Yet when Manasseh humbled himself and cried out to God, the Lord graciously heard him and restored him. This message reminds us that following our own hearts can lead us to desolate places, but repentance opens the road to restoration. God does not simply want us to feel regret over our sin; He calls us to humbly turn from our way, surrender to His truth, and produce fruit that reflects a changed life. You don’t have to stay on the broken road. God restores those who humbly repent.
