Replay: A Love Note for Richard Simmons

Hello Beautiful Friends-In celebration of the life of Richard Simmons, I'm guided to post a replay of the episode I recorded in 2022 as a love note of gratitude for him.  Richard was one of the first people who made it welcoming for people of size to Sweat to the Oldies. For years I attended his gym, Slimmons, in Beverly Hills. This is my sweet tribute to someone who was a champion and voice of love for so many. During our angel time, we also explore what it is to be incarnated as an Earth Angel and spread more love in this world. This feels very apropos in celebration of Richard's legacy.Rest in Peace, Richard. Thank you for all the love and kindness you shared with us over the years.
