[REPLAY] DesB — Becoming An Influencer, Serving Your People, & Avoiding The Comparison Trap | MTFP Ep.56
from The More Than Fitness Podcast With Matt McLeod · host Matt McLeod
At only 24 years old, Des is killing the game on all fronts: business, fitness, life, love, and more. We had a great conversation, starting with her athletic background as a collegiate volleyball player, then transitioning into her blow-up on social media, and finally diving into how she handles being a legit business owner. She has an entire team of people on her payroll, including her own sister, so I had to ask questions about how she coped with the pressure of these responsibilities at such a young age. And even with her success, she still compares herself to others and falls victim to not feeling like enough, which I had to explore more as well. Lastly, she revealed her dream job outside of fitness—let's just say Ellen DeGeneres needs to watch out. This episode was a little shorter than normal, but it was a great one nonetheless. Enjoy! **PS: If you could rate and review the podcast, it would mean the world to me and it would help get the word out to others just like us so we can continue building this amazing, one-of-a-kind community.** Connect With Des: Website: https://www.desbfittraining.com Instagram: @desb___ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/desireescogginfitness Connect With Matt: [Free] 30-Day Ultimate Physique Development Manual: https://bit.ly/UltimatePhysiqueDevelopment Hire Matt For Coaching: https://mattmcleod.org/online-coaching Twitter: @mattmcleod6 Instagram: @mattmcleod6 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/mattmcleod6 Website: https://mattmcleod.org ---- Produced by: David Margittai | In Post Media Website: https://www.inpostmedia.com Email: [email protected] Social: @_margittai © 2021 Matt McLeod
