Starting a career in healthcare at age 26, Susan Lang was already a hospital administrator at a large hospital at the age of 31 when she was in a head-on collision that resulted in significant physical injuries and traumatic brain injury.  Refusing to let this be the rest of her story she attended physical therapy 8 hours a day in a wheelchair for over a year and returned to work. Susan worked as a c-suite executive before founding XIL Health, a woman-owned healthcare analytics, and technology company.
