Notice what you Notice. When something jumps out at you with an energy that makes you notice it, pay attention. The Universe sends us messages constatntly and we filter them. some we pay attention to, some we file away in our subconcious. Practice noticing what has an energy that catches yours. Often these are messages sent to us. Not all messages are for immediate action, some are a heads up and make sense later. It is up to us to figure out the language or secret code.
