As part of the project « Reinventing the cities », this huge conception situated near the Paris ring-road has the goal to be as low-carbon as possible. The building 2D-Montreuil of the project is designed by the Bond Society office. Bond Society is a French Architecture agency created in 2015 by young both architect partners Christelle Gautreau and Stéphanie Morio.
