The point is to develop and flourish, to make choices that are in harmony with God's will for your life. Take an inventory of all the things you do in the day. And write down things you like and then you love and do more of those things.” “The point is to expand, to grow, to further your mission to do your movement, in the way that it's aligned with who you are as a person, and how you love to love.” “If you're doing something else that makes you miserable, that makes you stop eating right, that makes you stop drinking your water that makes you stress eat that makes you be rude to your kids, because you're just so tapped out from the rest of the day. You are not doing what you're supposed to be doing.” “That's why God made you to do the things you're supposed to be doing. Start moving in that direction. Just start moving that way.
