If it is not unified and basis, the person applying could be barred for the rest of their life for many #immigration application or benefit. Also, if he is a citizen of a third country and only obtained residency in France, then he would be in eligible to apply for asylum in the #United States.#immigrationlawyer @Brian D. Lerner
