Replying to @nature6605 entering on an #F1 student #visa and then falling out of status does not invalidate Somebody from being able to apply for adjustment of status when married to a US citizen. However, it must be noted that the marriage must be bona fide, and there must not be any grounds of an immiscibility, or if there are a waiver, must be concurrently filed with the #adjustment. Finally, the #Walsh waiver would be an issue if the US citizen committed some type of sex crime against the minor.#immigrationlawyer @Brian D. Lerner
