Report reveals cause of fatal wrong-way crash

A two-vehicle crash on June 12 in which both drivers died was caused by a driver who was “fatigued or asleep” and drove the wrong way on U.S. 181 north of Floresville, according to the final crash report issued by the Texas Department of Transportation.
