Reproductive Rights for All!

from Tamarindo · host Tamarindo | Sonoro

On this episode of Tamarindo,  we talk about what is at stake when it comes to #reproductiverights if we don’t take action to stop the intentional work taking place to dismantle #RoevWade. We feature Danielle Perez, stand-upcomedian, writer, and actress who is leveraging her platform to protect #AbortionAccess. She tells us about the YellowHammer Fund: yellowhammerfund.org which provides funding for anyone seeking care at one of Alabama’s three independent abortion clinics.  Brenda also references many resources from the National Organizations for Women or now.org so check them out for ways you can protect reproductive rights for all.  And since all this talk about Republicans rolling back the clock on women’s rights can produce anxiety,  for our #calmamoment, Ana Sheila shows us how to get started with #journaling, a powerful tool that can improve overall well being and combat anxiety and stress. Lastly, we announce that  Tamarindo is taking a short summer break. Ana Sheila will be taking a mini-sabbatical in Mexico while Brenda gears up for the UnidosUS Annual Conference happening August 3-6 in San Diego.
