Reprogram Your Biology and Your Reality based on Ancient Wisdom to Protect Life
from Fear Kills more People than Disease and Infections
Ancient wisdom to slay demons and save lives. Our brain actively deletes information, well, essentially 99.99% of the physical reality around you. It sounds like science fiction, but it is entirely true, isn't it? And only a tiny, microscopic fraction. It actually allows you to perceive. It's entirely based on instructions you gave it, you know, three months ago. Welcome to the deep dive. We are so pleased you're here with us. Whether you are preparing for a major meeting, trying to catch up on the latest research, or simply love collecting those genuine aha moments, today's exploration is designed to shortcut your path to being well-informed.That's right, we are examining four seemingly disconnected concepts that all point to one major revelation. And that is how to regain control from the hidden, unseen systems that govern our lives. Yes, that is the core mission. Today, we are looking at a significant global health crisis involving microscopic superbugs, the ancient spiritual lineage of a modern medical innovator, the literal biological timelines of what happens when you stop eating, and finally, those neurological filters in your brain that are literally shaping the physical world you interact with. OK, let's unpack this. Yeah. Before we can even start to optimise our own internal biology, we must address the external biological threats facing us as a species, which are substantial, to say the least. Precisely. I'm looking at the data from the Global Burden of Disease Study, which tracked antimicrobial resistance, or AMR, from 1990 through 2021. The scale is truly staggering. The figures are quite sobering. Yes. In 2021 alone, there were 4.71 million deaths linked to bacterial AMR and 1.14 million deaths directly caused by it.But I need you to help me make sense of this because there's a glaring contradiction in the numbers here. Oh yeah, let's hear it. So, between 1990 and 2021, deaths from AMR in children under 5 fell by over 50%, which is a huge success for global health, right? Mostly due to vaccines and improved sanitation. Yeah. But over that same period, for adults over 70, AMR mortality increased by over 80%. Yeah, the divergence is astonishing. I just don't understand how that can be.Like, why are we saving the toddlers but losing the grandparents? It's happening at such an alarming rate. When we look at the bigger picture, it really comes down to a perfect storm of shifting demographics and underlying biology. First, we just have a rapidly aging global population. And with age comes a biological process called immunosenescence, which is basically the natural, inevitable weakening of the immune system's response over time. Second, we are dealing with a massive global rise in comorbidities. What kind of comorbidities? Type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease are just widespread in that older demographic. These conditions impair blood flow and cellular immunity, making those patients much more vulnerable to severe systemic infections. So the older population is physically more vulnerable, but what about the bacteria themselves? Because the data highlights a terrifying rise in what The WHO calls critical priority superbugs. The bacteria themselves are evolving. The one that stood out to me is carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacteria. I mean, that is a mouthful. What does that actually mean on a biological level? I know it's a long name, but understanding why this is so.Think of these bacteria as a formidable invading army that has suddenly evolved titanium armour. OK, yeah, gram-negative bacteria possess a highly complex double cell wall. The outer membrane acts as a strong physical barrier, preventing most antibiotics from even entering the cell in the first place.
