Republic Service to buy U.S Ecology, Wine Industry might face supply chain issues, U.S auto sales to fall in April, Facebook causes a spark on Wall Street

Republic Service is about to meet with regulators to see if they are given the ok to buy out U.S Ecology.  If the deal goes through, shareholders would then have to approve the deal but it would mean one less competitor in the Waste Management industry.  Wine Industry is facing supply chain issues.  Though it seems like the only concern might be imports to Russia since there are sanctions on the country.  U.S auto sales to fall in April on tight inventories and rising rates.  Finally, Facebook has made Wall Street happy with its results.  The metaverse is still being questioned by Wall Street but I believe once they understand the metaverse they will be on board with it.
