Republicans Face Tight Senate Race | US News

Senate Majority Leader John Thune is warning Republicans not to rest on their laurels ahead of November’s elections. With 53 seats currently held, Democrats need just four more to flip the Senate — and key races in Iowa, Texas, Maine, and Michigan are now toss-ups. Thune highlights economic pressures like soaring gas prices and beef imports threatening rural economies, especially in states like South Dakota. He’s urging intensified efforts, even calling on President Trump to step up in critical battlegrounds like Texas, stressing that losing any seat could cost them control. The message? No room for complacency — Republicans must fight hard for every seat if they want to keep their majority. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
