Leighton lived a lonely life, shuffling around from state to state, being abused, but also having front row seats to the abuse of others. A guilt prop for an endless sea of unwitting Mormon women, and vulnerable women alike. And unfortunately, the confusion of this lifestyle left Leighton with Stockholm Syndrome and the delicate unpacking of her father's dirty laundry.
