From 2007-2018, he was the inaugural Endowed Chair in Biomechanical & Chiropractic Research, College of Medicine, University of South Florida (USF). He obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from National University of Health Sciences and a PhD degree in Exercise Science / Science Education from Syracuse University.
