Research: Fluoride & Mitochondrial Dysfunction, Amber vs. Red Light For Skin Health & Treating Rotator Cuff Surgical Repair

It's been some time since we tackled some research, so in this week's solosode we're going to cover a wide variety of topics! Also, I wanted to reach out to my audience and let you know that I would like to start interviewing some of YOU (5 to 15 minutes segments) about your experiences and results with red light therapy. It turns out they are both great at doing so, but which one is superior?The last article looks at treating rotator cuff arthroscopic repair with red light therapy; specifically, self-treatment with lasers! It turns out, people are more than capable of accelerating their own recovery and rehab​ when given the proper tools and education.
