Research: Fluoride & Mitochondrial Dysfunction, Amber vs. Red Light For Skin Health & Treating Rotator Cuff Surgical Repair

from The Energy Code · host Dr. Mike Belkowski

It's been some time since we tackled some research, so in this week's solosode we're going to cover a wide variety of topics! Also, I wanted to reach out to my audience and let you know that I would like to start interviewing some of YOU (5 to 15 minutes segments) about your experiences and results with red light therapy. You would not have to disclose any personal information  — simply share your story! I think it would be powerful for everyone to hear one another's stories and experiences. If you would be interested in participating please reach out here: [email protected] the first article we will uncover fluoride's impact on mitochondrial health. If you remember from the last couple of episode's from Dr. Jerry Tennant's book, fluoride is an electron stealer and lowers your voltage (hint hint!). The second article looks at periocular skin health (i.e. skin around the eyes) and compares amber light versus red light in their abilities to decrease wrinkles. It turns out they are both great at doing so, but which one is superior? The last article looks at treating rotator cuff arthroscopic repair with red light therapy; specifically, self-treatment with lasers! It turns out, people are more than capable of accelerating their own recovery and rehab when given the proper tools and education. The protocol provided was also quite interesting and comprehensive, which is great to see from the research. It's great to get back to some research and continue to broaden our red light therapy and mitochondrial knowledge.  Enjoy the information and, as always, light up your health! - Key Points: BioLight's Glow device: (2:26) Share your experience with red light therapy - email [email protected]: (5:26) Photobiomodulation research: (6:44) Mitochondrial dysfunction from fluoride: (8:40) Research on skin health: (14:04) Amber light vs red light: (18:52) Improving pain and functionality with red light therapy: (19:57) Accelerating recovery: (30:33) Conclusion to the self-induced red light therapy article: (34:27) - Research articles referenced from the episode:   Fluoride-Induced Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Approaches for Its Intervention   Photobiomodulation Reduces Periocular Wrinkle Volume by 30%: A Randomized Controlled Trial   Photobiomodulation self-treatment at home after rotator cuff arthroscopic repair accelerates improvement in pain, functionality, and quality of life: A double-blind, sham-controlled, randomized clinical trial - Preorder the updated, upgraded ReCharge panel today! - Check out the Kindle version of Red Light Therapy Treatment Protocols eBook, 4th Edition - To learn more about red light therapy and shop for the highest-quality red light therapy products, visit https://www.biolight.shop - Dr. Mike's #1 recommendation for grounding products: Earthing.com - Stay up-to-date on social media: Dr. Mike Belkowski: Instagram LinkedIn   BioLight: Instagram YouTube Facebook
