Research: Red Light Therapy & Mitochondrial Dynamics; Methylene Blue For Prevention & Treatment of COVID-19

At this point, hopefully you're a fan of the mitochondria, red light therapy and methylene blue... because we'll be digging into those topics today!The first article looks at red light therapy's impact on mitochondrial dynamics. Some of this may be review, but it's all part of putting the pieces of the puzzle together in this RLT-mitochondria waltz. I continue to be awestruck at the vast potential and efficacious results that can be accomplished with red and near-infrared light.The second article reviews the impact of methylene blue on COVID-19. Lo and behold, MB is a very powerful anti-viral so we know what the punchline is going to be with SARS-CoV-2. But the review still reveals the many potential mechanisms of action of how MB works to fight off COVID-19 and also provides many clinical studies that had profound results with MB (by itself or when combined with other molecules).
