Barb's work is deeply informed by personal experience. Her oldest son, Nate, died in 2023 after a long journey with an eating disorder, substance use disorder, and other mental health challenges. In the wake of this profound loss, Barb has continued to walk a path of healing, using what she's learned to support other families navigating similar terrain.
