Resiliency (Part 2)

from Hot Topics! · host A Step Ahead Tutoring Services

Welcome to Hot Topics! Gabrielle Crichlow talks to Stefanie Molina about resiliency - how to find your path after two kids, two career changes, two catastrophic events, and a chronic illness. In this episode, Gabrielle Crichlow and Stefanie Molina discuss the topic of resiliency. Molina shares her personal story of resilience, including multiple career changes and her experience with deep vein thrombosis, which led her to pursue a career in the medical field. She emphasizes the importance of being persistent, consistent, and insistent in achieving one's goals, and discusses the challenges she faced as a Latina woman in male-dominated fields. The conversation highlights the importance of adapting to change and being of service to others. Molina also talks about her struggles with mental health and seeking help for her illness. The podcast is important as it highlights the challenges faced by individuals pursuing non-traditional career paths and the importance of mental health in overcoming obstacles.Who is Stephanie Molina?Stefanie was born in East New York, Brooklyn. She is studying full-time as an RN, hoping to become a Nurse Practitioner. She has worked as a Medical Assistant for the past seven years in various fields, including Vascular, Dermatology, and Pediatrics. Life in the medical field started differently. With her associates in Architectural Technology (where Andres and Stef met), this was just the beginning of Stephanie's decade of career in construction and project management. Being a female in the field was always a welcomed challenge. Previously, she was a dance instructor and assistant for over 16 years. Being a competitive dancer gave her the confidence and understanding of how the world works. Traveling all over the states for competition exposed her to many talents and amazing people. Just like life has a beautiful way of reminding you that change can be good and sometimes needed, I am now cohost and creator of two podcasts, Table for Four and Twenty Talk 20. All this was done while working as a radio show intern at Nassau Community College 90.3 WHPC and awarding the show in Long Island. These new changes and adventures are just another stepping stone in her many goals for the years to come. You can find Stephanie Molina:On the web: https://www.table4fourpodcast.comOn Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TableForFour.PodcastOn Instagram # 1: https://www.instagram.com/table_forfour/On Instagram # 2: https://www.instagram.com/youngarchit/On TikTok # 1: https://www.tiktok.com/@tableforfourOn TikTok # 2: https://www.tiktok.com/@youngarchit330OnTwitter: https://twitter.com/TableForFour4On YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCofd9m964yoh64hCVyZDcHQStefanie has a podcast called "Table for Four": https://open.spotify.com/show/4yc3WjFQhH6WQqBfJbO4xpWatch this episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/iOH184nMN9sRate this episode on IMDB: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt33058871/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk********************************************Follow Gabrielle Crichlow: On Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gabrielle.crichlowOn Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/gabrielle.crichlowOn LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabrielle-crichlow-92587a360Follow A Step Ahead Tutoring Services:On Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/astepaheadtutoringservicesOn Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/astepaheadtutoringservicesOn X: https://www.twitter.com/ASATS2013 On LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/a-step-ahead-tutoring-services/On YouTube: https://youtube.com/@astepaheadtutoringservicesOn TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@asats2013On Eventbrite: https://astepaheadtutoringservices.eventbrite.com Visit us on the web: https://www.astepaheadtutoringservices.com   Sign up for our email list: https://squareup.com/outreach/a41DaE/subscribe Sign up for our text list: https://tapit.us/cipPJO Check out our entire "Hot Topics!" podcast: https://www.astepaheadtutoringservices.com/hottopicspodcastSupport us:Cash App: https://cash.app/$ASATS2013PayPal: https://paypal.me/ASATS2013Venmo: https://venmo.com/u/ASATS2013Zelle: [email protected] a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/hot-topics--5600971/supportOriginal date of episode: July 29, 2022
