These moments of adversity could have silenced her, but instead, they fueled her determination to grow stronger and embrace the power of her unique perspective.     After a successful corporate career working with global teams and clients, Nadege realized something was missing. Too many leaders, expats, and professionals were left unprepared for the complexities of working across cultures.
