RESPECT is earned, not demanded!

from keeping it REAL with Jay Scott · host Jay Scott

Me and guest Dan discuss major points on earning respect. Very relevant as I see many self-entitled folks these days. But just as well, you could be bullied at school, or looked over at work, etc. Here are ways to change that. - Be so good they can't ignore you. Work, hobbies, and other areas you can apply this. What to do if your surroundings are toxic. - Be completely honest! No more little white lies, or soft talking. The truth shall set you free. - Always keep your word. Be on time, or early. Don't back out on promises. Learn to follow through. - Confidence (and peoples respect) comes from competence. Get better skills, knowledge, and experience. - You must respect yourself to receive respect from others. - Never show desperation. Whatever you may want, do not appear desperate. Learn to detach from an expected outcome so you can relax. These are the tips we cover, along with our colorful stories, and banter. Applying one or all will help bring you more respect in your life. If your enjoying the show, please rate and review. Then pass it on to someone else who could use it. Thanks for stopping by, Take care.
