Responsabilité & équitationDans cet épisode, je te parle de la responsabilité ; non pas contre, mais pour, au service de la relation.Être responsable de soi, de ses actions, de ses paroles, de ses intentions. C’est, pour moi, un point de départ essentiel pour se sentir actrice de son équitation, de sa vie… et pour construire des relations plus justes, avec les autres comme avec les chevaux.C’est un chemin que je pratique chaque jour : apprendre à revenir à moi, écouter ce que je ressens, être consciente et précise dans mes intentions, tout en me détachant du résultat. Je ne suis pas responsable de ce qui en découle.Mais plus je suis présente à moi-même, plus je peux l’être à l’autre, à l’environnement. C’est ce qui me permet d’être vraiment disponible, sans me perdre en route… ni prendre toute la place de l’autre.Dans ma vision de l’équitation, ça change tout : le cavalier et le cheval sont tous deux responsables, chacun à leur manière.Quand chacun peut prendre sa place, la relation devient un espace d’expression, d’écoute et de confiance.Tu découvriras aussi une proposition simple à expérimenter, avec ton cheval ou dans ton quotidien, pour mettre plus de conscience dans tes actions.???? Un épisode pour celles et ceux qui veulent vivre une équitation — et une vie — qui a du sens.
