Guest spotlight: Today's episode features the dynamic Kayla Butler (@sprdlove), host of the Lay with Kay podcast. Kayla Butler is a South Florida native with a love for yoga, history, and understanding human behavior. It was a combination of curiosity and personal experience with mental health illnesses in her own family that led her to pursue an education in psychology at Nova Southeastern University.
