Rest in the Lord

This meditation explores the theme of rest as presented in the Letter to the Hebrews, connecting it to our need for faith, obedience, and trust in God. We'll reflect on the nature of true rest, finding it not in idleness, but in union with Christ, surrender to God's will, and the practice of love and humility. We'll also look to Mary as the model of true rest, and discover how we can bring peace to others by resting in the Lord.
