Rest, it's not optional

In this episode we are reminded that rest is not optional, rest is not a luxury, but as essential parts of caring, and being able to care well. Rest doesn’t always been rest-bite either, it’s about creating pockets of rest in our daily routines. Rest can come in different shapes and forms, not just the ideal ‘weekend get away’ or ‘holiday’. They aren’t true rest, that’s escapism from our current reality.
