The famous bourbon bar, which closed last year, had been housed in the Albert A. Jones explains on the show. We also talk about a new executive chef at Hotel Bourré Bonne. Jason McCollum, the former Chik’n & Mi chef and co-owner, is now in charge of the Downtown hotel’s culinary program. After that, we chat about a major acquisition deal for Louisville-grown breakfast franchise Biscuit Belly, a magic shop in Old Louisville that has a bar attached and a fast food bankruptcy.
