MAY 9 The Brass Tap, 4901 Libbie Mill East Boulevard – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: staff are eating French fries on hot line in kitchen; hand sink is blocked by trash cans; raw eggs stored over brownies; raw bacon stored over produce; raw beef stored over cooked chicken wings; black debris found inside soda machine gun at expo station; dirty knives stored as clean on knife rack; dried food debris found inside microwave; observed several fruit flies near prep sink in kitchen; cutting boards used throughout kitchen are scratched and stained; there is grease buildup...Article LinkSupport the show
