SEPT. 12 New Hunan Gourmet, 3107 Mechanicsville Turnpike – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: dishes found in kitchen hand sink; raw chicken stored over seafood and raw shrimp stored over produce in walk-in cooler; bulk bins of sugar, flour and rice and containers of powdery white substances on hot line are unlabeled; front door to the restaurant was left wide open with no screen door and flies are throughout the establishment; food is stored directly on walk-in cooler floor; bag of onions stored directly on kitchen floor; walk-in cooler thermostat isn’t working; reach-in cooler door gaskets...Article LinkSupport the show
