Restorative approaches are processes and strategies used in schools, among other organizations, to repair harm and to build or strengthen relationships. In this podcast, Avery Irons, from the National Center for Youth Opportunity and Justice (NCYOJ), continues her conversation with two special guests from New Orleans, Louisiana, about these approaches and how they relate to school responder models. The series was produced by NCYOJ with support from the National Institute of Justice. The NCYOJ originally developed and maintained this podcast. The NCYOJ was operated by Policy Research, Inc. and operated from 2001 to 2022 and was formerly known as the National Center for Mental Health and Juvenile Justice.
