Restore Health Naturally with guest Kristen Harper

from Dare to be Authentic Podcast · host Mari Mitchell

Join me with guest Kristen Harper talking about helping people get healthy by taking a natural approach. Kristen struggled with her health from childhood until her early twenties. She had unrelenting fatigue, even after a good night’s sleep. Spending years having tests done, seeing doctors, researching for answers, as well as pursuing other ways to improve her health were of no help. After discovering hair mineral analysis she found out that she had adrenal exhaustion, which was the reason for the fatigue and other symptoms. The protocol was to eat healthy foods, take nutritional supplements to balance the mineral ratios, and follow other recommendations. Not only did her health improve, but she overcame an eating disorder she had for 9 years, healed from narcissistic abuse and PTSD. She became passionate about holistic health and now Kristen's focus is; helping women overcome eating disorders, helping people with PTSD, and individuals who have been through narcissistic abuse.  Kristen's websites: https://kristenharperspeaks.com/ and https://perfecthealthconsultingservices.com/
