When you restore your life you need spiritual, emotional, and physical tools. ~Tools are used as needed 2.   FOOD – FOR FUEL When you restore buildings or walls, you need to keep yourself healthy, and food is the fuel to keep you going. When you look to restore your life what you put in your body matters. ~Food is needed daily 3.   AIR – FOR LIFE When you do physical work, you need air.
