LONG PAUSE… Take a deep breath in,  Drawing in the quiet of the night,  And as you exhale, feel the day’s worries dissolve, like shadows fading at dusk. PAUSE… Inhale again,  Slowly and deeply,  Feel the breath journey through your body, Loosening every knot of tension,  Softening your thoughts like whispers in the breeze. LONG PAUSE… With each breath, invite calmness to flow through you. Let it move to your weary eyes,  Soothing them,  And to your forehead,  Smoothing out the creases of your mind.
