She is personally and professionally committed to helping individuals heal from trauma and other emotional sufferings to function well & create a life worth living with hope and purpose.Aside from her role as Therapist, Sarah is a wife to Stephen and a mother to her three kiddos Everett, James Shepherd & Willow.
