After 8 years of teaching group fitness and 3500 classes, I declared I was NEVER going to teach again. I was done and ready for a new challenge. But teaching group fitness was very familiar, very comfortable and I knew that to really leave this world and step into something completely new I needed to burn the bridge behind me.
